Brewer Media LLC runs BricktownTix. This explains what we collect when you use the site and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Your order: name, email, optional mobile number, tickets bought, amounts, and when tickets are scanned at the door.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We receive a confirmation, not your card number.
• Your choices: whether you opted in to event emails or texts, and when.
• Technical data: IP address (to stop fraud and bots), which link or site sent you to us, and pages viewed.

How we use it

• To issue and email your tickets, admit you at the door, and handle refunds and support.
• To prevent fraud, abuse and ticket bots.
• To send event news, only if you opted in. Every email has an unsubscribe link; reply STOP to any text to stop texts.
• To understand which promotions work.

Who we share it with

• The event organizer or venue, so they can run the event (for example, the guest list).
• Service providers that run the site for us: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email), and, if enabled, Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) for measuring and improving ads.
• Authorities, when the law requires it or to stop fraud.

We don't sell your personal information.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies to keep staff signed in and, if enabled, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel to measure visits and ad results. You can block cookies in your browser; buying tickets still works.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting, tax and legal reasons (generally seven years). Marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop marketing, by emailing info@bricktowntix.com. We may keep order records we're required to keep.

Children

The site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Security

Card details never touch our servers, our database is locked to our own systems, and staff accounts use two-step sign-in. No system is perfect, but we work to protect your data.
