These terms apply when you use BricktownTix.com or buy tickets through it. By buying a ticket you agree to them, to our refund policy and to our privacy policy.
Who we are
BricktownTix is operated by Brewer Media LLC, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. We sell tickets on behalf of the event organizer or venue named for each event. The organizer is responsible for the event itself, including its content, timing, safety and entry rules.
Tickets
- A ticket is a license to attend one event, which the organizer may revoke for violating event rules.
- Each ticket has a unique QR code that works once. The first person to scan it gets in, so keep your tickets private. Copies and screenshots of an already-used code won't be admitted.
- Tickets bought from anyone other than BricktownTix may be fake or already used; we can't help with those.
- We may cancel orders made with stolen cards, by bots or automated tools, or that exceed purchase limits.
Prices and fees
Prices are in US dollars and include every fee, shown before you pay: the ticket price, a BricktownTix fee, a facility fee where the venue charges one, and card processing. Taxes, if any, are included. Promo codes have their own limits and can't be combined.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Your tickets are held for a short time while you pay; if checkout isn't completed, they go back on sale.
Changes and cancellations
Events can change times, performers or locations. Cancellations and postponements are handled under our refund policy.
Your conduct
Don't misuse the site: no scraping, automated buying, reselling in violation of these terms, or attempts to get around purchase limits or security.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't responsible for indirect losses such as travel or lodging. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Oklahoma. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you buy applies to that order.
